My bike's frame broke and I reached out to my insurance. Honestly, I thought I would be a stressful and complicated situation but the guys from Wiggle handled it like absolute PROs. My policy was managed by Stephan and from start to finish he dealt with me like an absolute gentleman. My claim was resolved in one week and I am extremely happy with the outcome.
I had one bike insured with Wiggle, now I am insuring a second one.

Amazing customer service from start to finish. After having my bike stolen, they made a difficult situation that much easier and hassle free. Will definitely use again.
I originally purchased the insurance because it was a good price and provided excellent coverage, and having had good experiences with Wiggle generally I figured their insurance should also be a great product. I recently had an accident that resulted in a cracked carbon frame, and I could not praise Wiggle highly enough for how the claim was managed. I was looked after by Conrad de Jongh who was nothing but professional and efficient throughout my claim. They were also happy to offer me a cash settlement to the value of the repair costs, which means I do not have to live with the slight distrust of a repaired carbon frame. All in all, I cannot think of a single way my claim could have been handled better, and I could not recommend Wiggle Insurance more highly.
I got insured after a friend of mine accidentally crashed her cargo bike into a parked car. She ended up in hospital and also had to pay for all of the damage to the BMW - over $2000 in panel work! She wasn't covered because she was on a bike.
I insured myself in case the same thing happened to me. As it turns out, I was lucky as it wasn't an accident that I needed to claim for. My bike got stolen from my workplace, lock and all. I was gutted.
